Helen was fantastic in delivering the top end of the price range she expected we would receive. Helen was always willing to go above and beyond which was so appreciated particularly given we are over one hour away from Faulconbridge. Right from the outset Claudia kept us informed, with full transparency, clever marketing strategies, lots of options and a sincerity that made you feel that you had somewhere safe to land when things felt overwhelming. Claudia gave us great advice regarding suggested changes prior to our property going to market and we feel the changes made a huge difference with a great outcome at market - we sold at the first open home.
