Helen really knows her sales strategy, ran the campaign seamlessly and knows how to talk to purchasers. Helen is very experienced and was onto our house sale like a boss! It wasn’t our first rodeo, so Helen knew we didn’t need babysitting and to focus her and her teams efforts on managing and coaching multiple buyers to build an environment where they wanted to put forward their best….mean best offers. We bought the house for $805k (plus a small Reno budget) and sold for a whopping $1,181kjust over 12 month later! Seriously we would not have got that outcome without Helen.
