Helen Harris was the face of Chapmans from day one when she met our property Consultant / Advisor. Helen Interviewed well and got the documentation through while we got the property ready with a relatively small spend of about 15k. Property value was moderated down by our Consultant in discussion with Helen as initial pitch was considered to be high. We worked on a range and the interest on the property was satisfactory in the initial two weeks with most updates from Helen being received by phone and text. A weekly email update would be a preferred option for purpose of sharing with other members of our organisation rather than as a private individual offering property for sale. The initial offer received into the fourth week of sale was certainly a major concern as it should never have been one that should have been presented to the seller. In conclusion the final sale price which was +20% of initial offer was the median point of the seller's expectation. Hellen made every conversation realistic and respected the sellers expectations. In summary a job well started and concluded!
