Jonathan made selling a house from another state, whilst in a pandemic a very smooth process. He was incredibly helpful with suggestions about what to do to get the property ready for sale - including providing options for conveyancing, staging, etc. Of note to me, his attention to detail was appreciated - he noticed some things at the house which could be fixed up prior to sale which would make a difference, and also advised which areas would unlikey be worth addressing (aftetr a long period of it being a rental). He was pro-active with communication which I appreciated. I never felt like I was chasing him for information, or was waiting to find out what was going on. This was incredibly important given the interstate nature of working together. The house was sold, for what I'd hoped for and the process was smooth throughout. I would have no hesitation recommending Jonathan to anyone looking to use Chapmans to sell in the lower mountains.
