Jonathan made selling a house from another state, whilst in a pandemic a very smooth process. He was incredibly helpful with suggestions about what to do to get the property ready for sale - including providing options for conveyancing, staging, etc. Of note to me, his attention to detail was appreciated - he noticed some things at the house which could be fixed up prior to sale which would make a difference, and also advised which areas would unlikey be worth addressing (aftetr a long period of it being a rental). He was pro-active with communication which I appreciated. I never felt like I was chasing him for information, or was waiting to find out what was going on.
