Helen has been an absolute dream to work with! She has been prompt, friendly and has gone above and beyond in helping us navigate buying our first home. There were many instances where Matt & I finished up a call with Helen, sigh happily and say to each other “she’s so amazing!” Honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone else and will definitely be using Helen and Chapman if we eventually sell in the future.

Jonathan and his team at Springwood office were fantastic. We had been looking for around 6 months to purchase our family home and we finally did it!!. I would highly recommend joining Jonathan's VIP email lists to get properties before they are listed online. Thank you again Jonathan, Helen and Claudia for your professionalism throughout our purchase.

Helen made our purchasing experience as smooth as it could be. We had been looking for a while to found a home that ticked all our boxes. She kept in touch throughout this time and ended up finding us exactly what we wanted! Helen was friendly, professional and always available. We actually sold our previous home with Helen and found her to be just as wonderful when selling, too! Thanks so much for looking after us!!

Helen helped us to secure our dream mountains home in a very competitive market.

Jonathan immediately put us at ease with his local knowledge and experience in the Mountains. We benefited greatly from his views and contacts pre-listing about possible improvements and presentation. During the sale process, everyone at Chapmans gave individual attention to the many potential buyers throughout the viewing process - and kept in touch with us about their feedback. The whole process was managed methodically and professionally - which is all we could have asked for.

Claudia created very positive environment and good vibes. When i arrived with the removalist after I had settled the property and we had piled my stuff at the front door I was somewhat peeved to find the front door did not have a key and was inoperable. I then had to get out a locksmith to have a deadlock attached so I could use the front door. I do not personally blame Claudia for this because it is pretty standard to have houses sold with basic defects but it is disappointing. I had building inspected but he did not pick up on the lack of access through the front door. Vendors should be made by the agent to have basic minimum standards in the presentation of their property.
