My wife and I decided to have Helen Harris sell our home since she had sold that of our next door neighbour. We are more than happy with that decision. Helen worked above and beyond for us. She was forever pleasant, professional, positive and knew the local market backwards. Apart from all that, she is just a lovely person. If we should have another property to sell in the future, Helen will be the only real estate agent we will call. While we are delighted that our home has sold, we are sorry that we won't see Helen again.

Helen is an exceptional real estate agent. Her marketing strategy transparent, communication clear and empathetic. Helen's relational skills benefit both the vendor and buyer. She knows her buyers so well she knew which one the property suited and made sure they came through. She is hard working and relentless in making sure she gets the sale. I have sold several properties in the past and have never had such a great experience in selling. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking to list their house.

We had to organise a quick sale due to ill health of a close relative. Helen was very understanding and helpful during this time and made the process as straightforward as possible. She is very approachable and extremely organised. She is direct and realistic and great to work with.

We had a wonderful experience with Jonathan Crisp from Chapman Real Estate, He delivered above our expectations, right from the beginning Jonathan was Honest, helpful and came with a strategy to sell our home on the very first day with multiple interested buyers. Jonathan's knowledge of the Blue Mountains Real Estate market, his experience, honesty, enthusiasm to get the best results and understanding of our situation is why we chose Jonathan and the Chapman team to sell our home. We Highly recommended Jonathan to any future seller.

He thinks outside the square to achieve the best result. Very professional! Makes the whole home selling process less stressful. I would have a beer with him at the pub!

Helen did a great job selling mum's property. There is a team at Chapman Real Estate that she worked effectively with. There was lots of data they put together to help with pricing the property and she demonstrated great intuition as to the timing of listing. Helen also worked well liaising between mum and I - no manipulation but consistent communication.

Helen Harris did an amazing job of helping us get into a property which had been difficult to see. She had a warm and welcoming approach to show us what is now our home. Once we had made our offer, Helen and her team went well above and beyond their duty to ensure a smooth transition into the home. I would highly recommend Helen and the Chapman team for their professionalism and service.

Claudia was exceptional in every way possible. She went to the property on her days off to show it. She is a very confident Girl and will certainly go places in the Real Estate Industry. She is very keen for a Sale and has all the qualities needed. So well mannered.
