Having never sold a property before we were a little unsure of what to expect. At the time we were actively looking for a new home, so naturally we spoke to quite a few agents who were also interested in selling our old house. Naturally, everyone was keen to assure us they were the ones to go with and they all made similar promises. However, after sitting down with Helen Harris the decision was made quite easy for us. Apart from having excellent knowledge of the local market, there was something far more genuine about the way they approached us and dealt with us. They were discrete and very respectful, but when necessary were direct, honest and to the point. In the end we sold our home for a price we were very comfortable with after only 2 weeks which was a lot sooner than we expected. Helen Harris and Mark Poole were an absolute pleasure to deal with and are also well supported by the rest of the Chapman's team.
