Not only did we sell through Jonathan, but we also purchased our new home through Chapman and Jonathan. We took the step of selling our home before purchasing, with the clear understanding that we it may be a gamble and that we may have to rent first. Having two young children we knew this was a risk, but having an agent like Jonathan who knew our list of needs and wants, made this gamble pay off. The whole process was exceptionally smooth, and very stress free because Jonathan kept us informed at every step of the process. Being very time poor (like most people these days), Jonathan did all of the hard work and the impact on our children was minimised, as we only had genuine buyers through our home with it selling on the first weekend that it was on the market.
