We contacted Jonathan for an appraisal as we were looking for a bigger block. We had purchased the house originally from him. He kept us informed of what was coming on the market through his VIP email each week till we were ready to list our property. Jonathan was very thorough in justifying how he valued my home. Other agents came through and said a price.
