Helen is the best agent that I have ever met. She looked things in details, gave us good market update and good in communications. I will highly recommended her to all of you.

Jonathan was very thorough in justifying how he valued my home. Other agents came through and said a price. Jonathan came with sales history for my area, we compared the properties and I could see what price mine should be listed at. Rather than have a open house, Jonathan organises VIP open house (invite only). 7 real buyers came through and from there the house was sold. I had heard people say that their house was sold in 1 day, but I never believed it. But Jonathan sold my house in 1 day at the right price. I would certainly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking get the right result.

We first met Jonathan years ago when he was first starting out, 12 years later there was no question as to who we chose to sell our home. Jonathan is a supreme professional with a no nonsense approach as is his offsider Helen. They were both a pleasure to have take care of our sale. They managed to sell our house through VIP open house without us even hitting the market. Highly recommend

Jonathon has been my agent on previous occasions and I’ll always go back to him for his knowledge and experience in dealing with properties. I found his team to be highly effective and have a great level of communication keeping me involved in all steps of the process. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Between Johnathan and Tennille (chapman real estate) the process could not have been easier. Locally based; Johnathan was able to provide us with information about the area and about the local community. Their professionalism and communication made this transition easy and accessible. Thanks again! Regards Tom and Ivii

Jonathan was everything I expected an agent to be. He was very good at communicating with us throughout the process and gave us realistic expectations. He always respected any decision we made and never pressured us at anytime. I would highly recommended Jonathan to any potential seller!

When first speaking to Jonathon on the telephone he provided a price he thought we may obtain. With other properties we have sold in the past when you actually come to sign the price is lower. When we met with Jonathon the first thing he said is I have made a mistake with the price. My husband thought "Here we go Again". Jonathon then advised his price was too low and our property was sold at a price we thought was excellent. Jonathon was very ethical and tried to get the best price for us.
