When first speaking to Jonathon on the telephone he provided a price he thought we may obtain. With other properties we have sold in the past when you actually come to sign the price is lower. When we met with Jonathon the first thing he said is I have made a mistake with the price. My husband thought "Here we go Again". Jonathon then advised his price was too low and our property was sold at a price we thought was excellent. Jonathon was very ethical and tried to get the best price for us.
