Although Harry had a less prominent overt role in the sale of my property, I was aware that he oversaw and supervised Annika Ryan's marketing program during the final critical week before the property was advertised. I have no doubt that the quality of this program - the photos, the text, the video - had a major impact in securing a most favorable outcome in double-quick time. Seeing the property in its final marketable state blew me away. Harry also proved flexible in increasing the price range from that originally suggested and I am sure that this had a significant impact on the final result.
