Hamish went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home, providing advice, negotiating for a good price on my behalf and regularly checking that everything was going smoothly, right up to settlement day. Hamish’s calm and friendly manner gave me confidence that the process was progressing as it should. He answered all of my questions promptly (and I had a lot!). The entire team were friendly and when collecting my key after settlement, the office staff gave me a cheer, which made me feel good! I would recommend Hamish and Peterswald for all buying, selling and rental needs and look forward to continuing working with Hamish and the team as a landlord for the property.
