Being the agency manager, Harry resolved a difficult situation when Bec Owens, one of his staff, severed our contract after I declined the first lowball offer within 2 weeks of listing with her, and a huge amount of unprofessional pressure from this agent. Selling in a difficult declining market was never going to be easy. George was the agent who sold us our house 8 years ago. This time we were reluctant sellers, but had to do so on account of issues beyond our control. We had no hesitation calling for George to work for us. Over a long campaign in a very soft market, George was always positive and realistic. The promotion and presentation of our wonderful property was exceptional. With open house inspections, no leads were left unresolved. George was always willing to work around time and availability obstacles of interested parties without hesitation.
