From first contact with Kieran as an interested buyer, the journey of purchasing my house has been a really nice experience. Kieran went more than the mile to help me and explain things, photograph items of issues and even live-streamed parts of the property that weren’t in the sale photos. Selling a house from over 1000 km away with repairs and minor renovations to do it was very concerning. Kieran asked me to trust him, and I had no choice, I needed to put faith in someone. The repairs and renovations were done within a very short time and the house presented very well. The house was sold within a week of the renovations and I didn't have to do anything but sign papers. Kieran and the team did everything. City and Country are superb.

Kieran and his team are very knowledgeable in the real estate industry. The communication was outstanding always keeping me and my wife in the loop throughout the whole process which at times was stressful but Kieran kept reassuring us the whole time and explaining what was happening at each stage. Both John and his son Kieran were a delight to deal with. They both came around to do an appraisal of my home and offered sound advise on a few building tasks that would need to be done to secure a good sale. They presented me with a glossy booklet showing recent sales and time on the market, for homes similar to mine. They were spot on with their suggested selling price, but allowed me to make the call on the actual listing price. John never failed to return my calls and he kept me in the loop with all the necessary details whilst the sale was going through. To my great delight, John had taken a deposit on my home within 3 weeks!
