I had the pleasure of buying a place that Racahel and the team were selling. The first property fell through because of an unsatisfactory condition report, and Rachael was very understanding. Out deposit was returned without question. The second property went through very smoothly. The biggest "tick" I would give to Rachael was her follow up on all things necessary, such as inspections, reports and insurance.
