John gave us a honest appraisal about our sale, suggested simple improvements and supported us while away by giving tradies access and keeping the grass growing. I did not expect that level of attention and was pleasantly surprised to get a message advising the sprinklers were not working, but he was watering the lawn regularly. I am sure keeping the lawn alive in summer helped get a sale.
