Great experience, especially as a first home buyer
Kieran was always available to me when I needed any question asked. Weekdays, weekends, day or night, Kieran ensured I understood everything even in the overwhelming stages of paperwork. Exceptional service, great product knowledge and professional in all aspects.
I went to Kieran because of his excellent reputation in the Real Estate industry within Mount Isa. I was not disappointed, after informing him of what I was seeking and price range he identified a suitable property that had just come on the market. I immediately fell in love with the property and submitted an offer. This was later accepted. Kiearn guided me through the purchase procedures and nothing was ever an issue, if he didn't answer a call, I would receive a call back with 5 minutes. Would highly recommend Kiearn Tully when looking for real estate within the Mount Isa area. One happy customer.

Customer Service a Priority
Rachael provided a professional and courteous demeanour in all my interactions. She was willing to help every step of the way, through the whole process. It was evident that Rachael had obtained a reasonable knowledge of the property and shared the information with ease. Rachael's response time to queries was outstanding, and if she was unable to talk straight away due to other appointments, she sent a quick text through to let me know that she had received my message and would respond as soon as she could.

Rachael was very good at helping me find a second property to purchase.
