Kieran is an outstanding agent - he’s likeable, professional and has great communication skills. Notably, Kieran has a depth and breath of knowledge which spans the local market and the district, yet also usefully covers tradie’s insights! As we went around, Kieran projected a sound familiarity with each property, discussed with fairness the features and faults of the properties we inspected, as well as those of other listings, displayed great patience and, due to his charisma, put everyone at ease - taking the pain out of property inspections. I would highly recommend contacting Rachael if you are looking to purchase a home. I found her to be receptive to my needs and she was able to find properties with my preferences but also within my budget. Communication was great and she kept me updated when there were issues or delays and nothing was too much trouble for her.
