I would prefer the agent call me after an inspection to tell me how the open went, prospective tenants comments and where we are headed instead of receiving pointless computer generated reports about who viewed, who applied, who might apply. Also, before pricing a property for rent, do research on comparable properties in the area and price accordingly instead of putting a price out there and then dropping the rent at a later stage.
