Surprising
I have always been blown away with this company’s responses and information passed on to their client...being me! They always respond to enquiries and any emails. Everything is explained as needed and their reports are great. I have been surprised by their efforts as I always assumed that most companies and people communicate only minimally and with very basic information. These guys actually seen to be on your side and provide you with all the info and support you ever require. It also never seems to be hard or difficult for them. Let’s face it, it’s cheaper to manage a property yourself, but these guys make it all worth spending that little tiny bit extra for that piece of mind and ease of renting. Defiantly always would recommend them to manage any property.

I love working with Nikki. She really understands my business and feels more like a trusted partner to me. Nikki follows up on any questions I have of landlords quickly and always gets back to me. She made my first lease easy and stress-free. Nikki really knows her stuff on short term accomodation, which really helps with my Airbnb hosting business. CR has been excellent. Very professional . Informs you of any issues and is more than happy to assist with any problems that arise. Amy who I have worked with for nearly 8 years has been extremely reliable . Always coming up with solutions to inevitable problems that arise and has always been happy to assist with new tenants and leasing . Highly recommend CR.
