Chandy Huynh is excellent at providing me with all the things I need as a landlord. Chandy has been my property manager for about a year now and I absolutely put my trust in her as she is very detailed and fair in what she does to ensure the landlord and tenants are happy. She ensures the property is safe, clean and does quarterly routine inspections of the property and communicates well with both parties if there are any issues or maintenance to be fixed. I have an NRAS property so there's probably more work for her than just looking after a regular market value rental property. She emails and phones me immediately on anything related to the tenants or property concerns. She will action tasks immediately and ensure quality service is provided.
