My property was unusual - it was a large, vacant, treed site, adjoining a National Park. Dan and his team gave me good advice and responded to all of my queries during the marketing of the property. They also kept me informed at all stages of the campaign. It took about 6 months to receive an offer for the property, but that reflected the unusual nature of the property. The offer received was at the upper end of my expectations. Overall, it was a good experience.

Not ever having met Dan personally he did a fantastic job with the purchase of our new home. Even when things appeared to briefly derail he made sure we were strongly represented in front of the seller. All our questions were answered and or actioned in a timely manner. Not that we will be buying again anytime soon but if we had to, we would most definitely use Dan's service again.

When first meeting Dan it is immediately obvious that he is driven, passionate and professional. But we were not prepared for his compassion, generosity, and authenticity. As first time sellers, we had absolutely no idea about anything. Dan was patient with all of our questions, never making us feel foolish. He was present throughout the entire process, keeping us informed of the progress, but also checking in with how we were going personally. At no point did we feel pressured to engage him as an agent, or to settle on an offer that we were not 100% certain on. Our best interests were always at the forefront of Dan's interactions and negotiations. We could not have asked for a better person to represent us during the sale of our beloved home. It was extremely sad to say goodbye to our first home but the result that Dan achieved for us completely blew us away. We are certain that the price and promptness of the sale would not have been achieved with any other agent.

Our house isn’t cookie cutter standard, but has odd angles, lots of trees, and a huge garden. Dan and his team worked hard to sift through possible buyers to find a match.
