We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Dan. From the very first meeting with him until the end, he stuck to everything he said he would do. He planned out and explained to us very clearly the process of selling our home. He found buyers in the first 10 days and then suggested an underground sale which was fantastic for us as we were still renovating and did not want to advertise that we were selling. We had a contract before we knew it, unfortunately it fell through which was disappointing, but the very next day Dan and his team had another buyer that ended up in our final sale contract for $5000 more than the first contract, which by the way was already $60,000 over our expectation!!
