My wife and I have found Michael very honest and open and easy to communicate with. He made the whole process very transparent and was not a game player. After having some really awful experiences with realestate agents before we were so relieved to be dealing with someone with so much integrity. Through Michael Clarke's marketplace proactivity he asked if he could give us a valuation on our property and after doing so indicated that he had two or three parties who might be interested in purchasing. Not needing nor necessarily wanting to sell we gave him a limited 2 week agency just two weeks before Christmas with an indicative price at the top end of his valuation. We also did not want any form of marketing to be undertaken thereby relying on his own reconiassance. The result was fantastic, with limited amount of fuss, we had a competitive environment, no invasive open for inspections, or general marketing or publicity and a price that we were more than happy with. all this occurring a very short space of time including the Christmas New Year break. We thoroughly recommend MIchael and his team for their proffessionalism, marketplace knowledge and particularly their negotiation skills. Certainly the best overall experience we have had with any agent in the area to date and would have no hesitation of working with them in the future if the opportunity arose.

First met Michael and his agency of Clarke & Humel when looking to buy in Manly. While we missed out on buying, we were so impressed with Clarke & Humel that we decided to sell our Manly property through them, and so glad we did. Everything they did was very professional throughout the campaign. They obviously have a great database of buyers and we had offers before marketing had even started. Michael got us a sale quicker than we thought possible, at a great price. Even though we expected a lot from Michael and his team, he managed to exceed our expectations.
