Kingsley Looker is highly personable and professional and has a expert grasp on the local property market. Kingsley and the Clarke and Humel team were highly efficient throughout the sale process and were a pleasure to deal with. Kingsley's regular updates, honest feedback and "everything's under control" attitude gave us added comfort and confidence in the campaign leading up to auction day. We have no doubt that Kingsley worked 110% to get the best price for our property and have no hesitations in recommending him as an agent. Special mention also to Danielle Beecraft who did a fantastic job - what a gem! Thankyou Kingsley!!

His market knowledge, rapport skills, empathy, energy, enthusiasm, prompt communication and team coordination skills are all exemplary. He and his Clarke & Hummel support team were superb. The bottom line - his orchestration of our house auction produced an excellent price. I would urge you to use his services. We would again - every time. David Powell (Mob 0438 131 808)

Initial market value was way below actual selling price and I think was well under valued given current market.

I wish to express my gratitude towards Mick Dunn for the professional services rendered to sell my fathers home. My mother passed unexpectedly late last year and my father sought to sell the home. Mick guided him with compassion and honesty, truly making a difficult situation not only bearable, but also ensuring a successful sale. As such, I have, and will continue, to suggest Mick to others whom wish to sell their property.

Michael Clarke and his team were relentless in their approach to marketing and selling our beautiful home. The Clarke & Humel team have an excellent understanding of the realestate market and what it takes to capture the essence of a property. Their dynamic young team of managers, photographers and editors are impressive in their approach to the marketing of the property and in their pursuit of excellence. This really shows in the final media presentations and ultimately, the results. Clarke & Humel have a distinct point of difference for which we we appreciate & applaud. We highly recommend Clarke & Humel in every respect. Stan Najar & Wendy Phillips

After working with Michael over a few properties he was able to locate a property well suited to my wife and I, and to get us to a good negotiating point prior to purchase.

Jesse was given a difficult brief to sell 9 and 13 Therry Street Avalon with two owners that had different views about the approach to the sale of the property. He was also given the opportunity to sell 9 Therry Street if he was able to gain interest from developers who might have wanted to purchase the three blocks of land, subject to a developer paying a premium. The campaign was almost 8 weeks and Jesse provided one of the vendor's with daily updates. He was able to reach out to a number of developers and also had private buyers wanting to buy the vacant blocks of land at the top end of the range. The final sale was for the three properties to a developer at a price that my clients were extremely happy with. This involved lengthy negotiations and an exchange that involved the drafting of special conditions that was delayed for a few hours with Jesse being in attendance and carrying out the exchange. Jesse was only able to achieve the great result in this matter through a combination of his communication skills, hard work and determination. I would have no hesitations of recommending Jesse in the future.
