I would not hesitate to recommend Mike. I've bought from Mike, as well as sold through him. I find his level of knowledge in the area to be excellent. He constantly keeps you up to date and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. He is that one agent who will go the extra mile to get the result you need.

I interviewed several prospective candidates to market my property in Balgowlah and Kingsley was the standout. Kingsley was passionate, consistent in his approach and provided expert advice in the best way to present and market the property. Kingsley's marketing provided significant cut through and along with his great presence in the local area, helped attract more than 150 groups to the property. On auction day there were 13 registered bidders. Kingsley had kept all buyers informed, was honest from day one and remained very confident that he would deliver an outstanding result. His demeanour and expertise made what can be a difficult process absolutely stress free. And while getting a great price isn’t everything, in this area it is the most important thing and in the end the property was sold for a significant sum above my expectations. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kingsley and would be anxious to work with him again should I be selling another property in the area.

I was amazed at how straight forward buying my property was! I had heard so many horror stories about buying houses but Jesse made the whole process really easy and stress free. I was grateful not to be hauled into a bidding war and I appreciated the fact that all interested parties put their best foot forward and those offers were considered fairly and quickly. I don't intend on selling any time soon but if I do then I shall definitely be using Jesse and would highly recommend him.

Michael negotiated the sale of our very unique property with great skill. At the beginning of the week before our auction we had accepted mentally a very good price for the property. By the time it came to exchanging contracts the next day he had negotiated another $100,000 on the price.
