I had an outstanding experience with CFP. Sandy acquired a good part of the sale of my property. Sandy has an excellent concept of 'lifestyle blocks' with this understanding, Sandy had a clear idea on developing a very competitive marketing campaign. With superb photography and video/drone footage, the property presented beautifully. The comprehensive description of the property courtesy of Kathleen, who assembled a piece of literature that reduced the likes of Wordsworth, Keats and Shakespeare to mere chumps, allowed the market to have a very clear picture of the property. Due to this campaign much interest was generated and a serious buyer was attracted very quickly.
