Sandy has an excellent concept of 'lifestyle blocks' with this understanding, Sandy had a clear idea on developing a very competitive marketing campaign. With superb photography and video/drone footage, the property presented beautifully. The comprehensive description of the property courtesy of Kathleen, who assembled a piece of literature that reduced the likes of Wordsworth, Keats and Shakespeare to mere chumps, allowed the market to have a very clear picture of the property. Due to this campaign much interest was generated and a serious buyer was attracted very quickly. From our initial meeting through to settlement, Sandy was in constant contact with me professionally guiding buyer and seller through the process. I found Sandy to be polite, considerate and very professional, with a comprehensive understanding of all things real estate. CFP are a professional outfit. Jay is an experienced agent with an excellent understanding of real estate and the local market. A competitive marketing campaign was quickly assembled encouraging my thoughts and requests. Along with photography, video footage and a comprehensive description of the property, allowed the market to gain an accurate concept of the property at their fingertips! This, thankfully, ensured only genuine buyers visited the property which caused very little disruption. Because of this clever, concise campaign, a buyer was quickly attracted. This in a relatively flat market. During the brief campaign Jay kept me informed more often than not, I knew precisely where we were at and continued communication through the conveyancing period up to settlement.
