We had a good experience with Jay. Other realestate agent we have dealt with seem like everything was a rush and we could loose the house at anytime. Jay was professional and we felt safe with our decision and never felt rushed to make a decision on the spot. Communication was excellent and we would recommend Jay Cleary to anyone and will be using him again in the future.

Jay Cleary
I have known Sandy for a number of years, and he has been my go-to real estate agent in town. I have both purchased and sold through Sandy and every transaction has been smooth and effortless. Sandy is incredibly knowledgeable in the local market, acts with professionalism and offers a no fuss approach with realistic expectations every step of the way. Sandy is open and transparent with his communication and has gone above and beyond to help with my recent sale (given I live 3+ hours away from Bathurst) - I cannot recommend Sandy highly enough!

I recently had the opportunity to use Cleary Fairbrother to sell my late Fathers home. We selected this agency because Jay was very honest and helpful during the initial inspection and later was very confident in his ability to make the sale. His knowledge of the market secured a sale price well above my estimate. We where kept updated at all times by both phone, email and messages and the professionalism shown was never less than 100% I would recommend Jay without hesitation.
