Overall, Sandy was lovely and dealing with him was stress free and easy. A comment was made by our conveyancer that Sandy is "...one of the good guys...", so that tells you all you need to know. Sandy presented himself to me in person as he had seen the house getting tidied up from the street months before it was ready to sell. He followed up many times during the reno and was accurate in and honest in his appraisals. The commission offered off the bat was lower than the competition. He explained the positives of working with his businesses as the only two agents showing the house would be himself and Jay. They took time to remember specific features of the house, they knew my street well and were honest about the market conditions and final pricing unlike some bigger chains that were offering a higher price to try and get you to sign with them. I enjoyed seeing the quality of the finished add, all communication was quick without to much fluff. I'm sure they are guilty of working outside hours. The end result was a fair price with a reasonable commission in a timeframe consistent with the market at the time of higher than average interest rates.
