As a first time buyer everything was new to me. Sandy was a great help in dealing with the process and the paperwork to get the exchange of contract completed. I had done my research online so I knew what I was after and had an idea of the price range for the type of property I was looking for. When the right property was listed by Sandy I called him and he arranged for a viewing the next day. The house was as described with no surprises. He made the inspection relaxed and explained a few things to ensure I was comfortable with property. An offer was made the next day and I accepted the vendor's counter offer an hour later. Very quick and efficient. Sandy was helpful in providing a list of building inspectors. Sandy assisted me in chasing up with the solicitors to ensure the exchange was effected quickly. Overall, Sandy was very professional, friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property.
