My first encounter with the team was when I was looking to buy. Marwan was the only local agent that would return my call and follow up. He would follow up after every open home and took the time to understand my current situation. Marwan set himself apart when he started showing me houses outside the available times to help accommodate with my work hours. The process of buying through their agency was smooth, and they had many little nuances that set them apart from other agents in the area. I said to myself if I ever sell my property, I will contact Marwan. My wife and I decided to sell, and we reached out to Marwan to discuss, we also did our homework and talked to other agents in the local area. Marwan was the only agent that came to us with a strategy to address the current climate. We were in the middle of the pandemic, and Marwan was still confident with his strategy. We signed the agreement on Friday, and he sold our house in the middle of the pandemic in stage four lockdown by Monday, not by sheer luck but by following his strategy and leveraging his database of investors.
