Claudio and his team were fantastic
Claudio and his team were fantastic. Claudio’s local experience and knowledge was invaluable, he assisted us with advice on what improvements needed to be done to our property and what realistic price could be achieved in the current market. Due to his persistence in the negotiation he was able to achieve a price above our asking price which was fabulous. I could not rate Claudio and his team any higher than five out of five stars and I will be recommending them to everyone

Best Agent, Best Outcome
Claudio and his dream team (Angelina & Will) helped us in selling our first home. When we first met Claudio, he first listened to our expectations & concerns. Then, he explained to us the selling & marketing process, Claudio’s explanation was very well structured and “bang on” our expectation. During the marketing stage, every single week Claudio sent us feedback. Also (without being asked!!), Claudio tackled all negative feedbacks (even the slightest one) professionally. In addition, Claudio was very much approachable whenever we have concerns or need to discuss some matters. On auction day, even though weather was not on our side. Claudio with his positive energy and determination, carried on with the schedule with some adjustment. Great agent
Claudio just sold our first home I first contacted him 12 months ago and he gave us some valuable advice on what needed to be done prior to the sale, There’s a reason 3046 has so many orange boards with a sold sticker . Claudio really knows his stuff and is great to deal with , very professional. William was also great to deal with. Great Agent
We selected Claudio from his work in the community. We have know him for several years from his efforts for local kids at Easter and Christmas time. Holding Easter egg hunts and letters from Santa. Claudio was fantastic in providing a strategy and arranging work to be done prior to the home being listed. His communication was fantastic and regular updates were received via email and text. All Claudio's efforts culminated in a sale within a great timeframe and results were as expected.
