Our house presented an unusual challenge, yet it turned out to be one Claudio was equal to. He was kind and offered a different energy and enthusiasm to the other agents we interviewed. The video he made of the house was so good! Clever, friendly and so inviting we considered keeping the place! What’s more is that during the audition process he didn’t exaggerate or over sell himself. The house sold right in the range he quoted, and he was always open and honest about what was going on with the sale. This was our first experience selling a house. We chose Claudio for his area expertise and the fact we knew he was a good salesman (we bought the house through him originally). From the start Claudio stresses that it is a team effort. He works with the seller to set the best selling strategy then his team kick into gear to help you through the marketing, presentation etc. all the way through to the negotiation with the buyers.
