We were overjoyed at the manner in which Sue handled the successful sale of our property. She promised and achieved a fast sale at top dollar. She more than lived up to her Company Creed "it's all about you". We would not hesitate to recommend Coastfront Realty for anyone considering the sale of their home. Well done Sue and co.

As Vendors of 72 O'Briens Rd, Port Macquarie, we highly recommend Sue and her team as the best choice to market your property. Sue's professionalism from the first meeting to value the property, through the photographic session, the open home and purchaser viewings to the last inspection just prior to handover is second to none. We are completely happy with the whole process which was carried out with respectful friendliness. Sue you are a real gem!

Our experience with Sue and her team was professional but with a very personal touch. We were kept in the loop at all times and she achieved a higher price for our home than we expected. A great result selling in under a week

Sue has a warm and friendly manner. She also, however, was very professional in representing her vendors' interests. She had thorough knowledge of the property in which I was interested; spoke warmly of the vendors; was appreciative of the efforts they had made in the presentation of the property; and, in this case, worked conscientiously to negotiate an agreement between vendor and purchaser. Within three days a sale had been accepted. Sue obviously enjoys her work and, from my experience, demonstrated a high level of professional competence and acted with integrity.

Sue was extremely supportive during the process. At all times Sue represented her seller 110%, however provided me, as the prospective purchaser with realistic feedback on the market, the property benefits as an investor and arranged short notice third party meetings to get the deal done in less than 24 hours. I had been warned that Sue always gets the best price for her clients.... and she did again: but the pain of paying full price is offset by her credibility and knowing that the property was accurately priced to begin with. Well done Sue.

As I didn't really know Sue, I was a little hesitant. But from the minute Sue started talking to us, I had a feeling we made the right decision. That was confirmed, once we got started. Sue was professional and very clear, every step of the way. She has a very creative eye & knew how to set up for the open house / we only had one open house & it sold!! I highly recommend Sue.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sue Jogever owner of this Boutique Agency. We both share a high level of style when presenting for sale, which is a "piece of gold" to find in a Real Estate Agent, who is prepared to go the extra mile & actually understands "presentation" in all the aspects of achieving a result. You just have to visit her premises to feel her inate ability to "style & present'' to a very high level. One in a million!
