We had two properties in Coogee to sell and Richard was recommended by a friend. He had detailed and expert knowledge of the area and was able to move fast and get the process underway. At no stage was there a dead-end or a problem, he just worked his way around each situation to get us the result the we were after. He has certainly does a genuine passion for what he does and was really vested in the process - it never felt like we were just another customer. Add to that he is a terrific bloke and all in all you get a great expereicne with Rich.
