Great Communication and Assistance
Rahul was very helpful and was always on top of my purchase. He kept both me and the seller in communication at all times and assisted by regularly keeping us both updated with the exchange. Rahul was also very assistful when organising property inspections, including very last minute ones for pre-exchange.

Good buying experience
We purchased a house from Alvin recently and it was overall a great experience. He was transparent, helpful and quite responsive. He gave lots of useful information at the inspections. While there were some slight delays in providing documents to our conveyancer at the start of the settlement, everything went smoothly and we ended up settling early.
