Alvin was very open and honest which aided the process. His specific knowledge helped inform the decision to buy. Above all, he accommodated my timeline to open the place at my request… without this I would not have been able to process everything and get the answers I needed

I highly reccomend Alvin to potential buyers and sellers. This is my second time working with him. As usual, whilst selling my property recently, I received an outstanding service from him and his team. He is very professional, reliable, approachable and has extensive knowledge of Canberra's property market. From providing advice on how much we could expect from our property to organising professionals for repairing, cleaning and styling the house, Alvin made the entire selling process hassle-free. Keep up with your phenomenal work :)

Anish is one of the very few agents who takes personalised interest in selling one's property, understand their needs and work with them constantly to achieve the common outcome. Anish even went above and beyond to maintain the property on my behalf while I was overseas. The whole selling process went very smooth for me and all because of this gentleman. I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services in the future!

Alvin and team from confident real estate provided great service and delivered great result in a very short span of time . The house was listed on Monday 29th November and sale was closed prior to auction on Wednesday, 8th December. All thanks to Alvin, Pawandeep and Anish for all the support and confidence. Special thing to mention is the teams dedication, Alvin was hospitalised and still was operating via phone with the support of his great team. Definitely recommend this team if you are thinking about selling.

Alvin took us through the entire process very well. He is a very reliable person with wealth of knowledge and experiences in the Canberra property market. He is very professional, transparent and friendly. He can go above and beyond to support his customers. He also helped us to find good trade persons and professionals for painting and other minor fixing to prepare the property to get ready for the market. He provided us professional guidance and support when we were required to make key decision on the selling journey. He provided a very fair and realistic assessment of the market and our property in terms of setting our expectations for price and timings. Alvin lead us to to achieved the targeted price range in only about 2 weeks in the market and prior to the scheduled auction. He communicates very well and always reachable over phone or emails and happy to clarify any issues/questions with examples from similar case examples. We recommended him to our friend and they also have provided very positive feedback.
