Sophie is enthusiastic and knows how best to market a property. She was honest and up front about the price she felt she could get for us and as it turned out she was 'on the money'. Most importantly she has ethics. Throughout the whole process we knew she was working hard for us. Debbie and Steve Mackie

We had heard great things about Sophie Watts from Coomera Realty from a neighbour whose house she had sold. So when we decided to sell Sophie was our first choice - and she certainly didn't disappoint. Right from the start she showed great knowledge of the area, professionalism and communication skills. She also gave us honest advice on what we could do to make the house more appealing to perspective buyers. It obviously worked because the house sold within an hour of it being shown to the first buyer - it wasn't even officially on the market yet! And she was spot on with the figure she thought it would sell for. We are over the moon and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell.

From our first conversation, Sophie was extremely prepared regarding the sale of our property. She gave us an in-depth review on the current market, sale strategy recommendations and advice for effective photography for marketing. Along with her PA, her communication was excellent, even during the difficult task of presenting us with a contract while we were overseas. With at least 3 other houses on the same street on the market before ours, we had a contract signed in less than 10 days before any other. I would strongly recommend Sophie and the team at Coomera Realty to any future customers on the Gold Coast. She is very knowledgable, helpful, supportive and caring. Thanks again Sophie
