This is the second time we have dealt with Coomera Realty. The first was as a seller and this time as a buyer. The experience was smooth and pleasant as both a buyer and previously as a seller. Sophie is a very happy, honest and reliable agent, who was genuinely excited and enthusiastic about doing everything she could to make our purchase possible. Since moving into our new home, I have bumped into Sophie and the excitement and genuine interest in us and our new home is still there. We have and will continue to recommend Sophie and Coomera Realty.

We would like to appreciate Sophie for all her efforts helping us sign the contract of our first house. She is helpful and professional, and also she is always passionate. Very good realty agent.

Where another agent tried and failed, and told us he had got the best offer in the market (and also tried to convince us that was all the property was worth), Sophie stepped in and within 3 weeks had the property sold for an extra $75,000. She knows the market and knows how to sell. What a great result.

We are so pleased that Sophie was our selling agent. The process of selling out home was made very easy. Sophie has great market knowledge and expertise in her field. Better yet she is a lovely person. We are so happy with the result that Sophie has achieved. Thanks again Sophie.

I recently sold 2 properties with Sophie after her being recommended to me by a friend. She was very professional and sold both properties within a week of having them listed. One had been on the market for months with other agents and they were pressuring us to reduce the price. Sophie got us the price we wanted! I would highly recommend her as an agent to sell your home.

My experience with Sophie Watts has been completely positive. She provided a realistic assessment of the value of my property and then worked to achieve a better outcome. Sophie and Brogan are a great team who work together in the best interests of their clients. As a seller from interstate, I was completely comfortable in leaving all the details in their hands. I received great feedback at all times and never had to wonder about what was happening at any stage. I have no hesitation in recommending them to those in need of real estate services in this area.

We had meet Sophie at a few open homes and always found her enthusiasm and personality to be quite extraordinary. So when we decided to sell up and head back to NZ she was an obvious choice. At such a stressful time Sophie helped make the sale as easy as possible, whilst still getting us an excellent price. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, Her market knowledge is undoubtable and I admire her honesty in a environment in which this is not always the case.

We listed our property with Sophie July last year. She has a deep understanding with the property market in the area, kept us inform with the progress and has a happy personality. We had a contract signed even before our first open home. Overall all went very smoothly and very happy with the outcome and her services.

The Real Estate industry is renowned for poor performances, poor agents and service. With Sophie Watts you get the other end of the spectrum!! WOW what a performer!! Cash sale, top dollar for the property and all done within 24 hours. Set a challenge to meet she certainly steps up to the plate. Would I recommend her? You bet!! After over 20 years of dealing in property on the Gold Coast I just wish that I had known she was around earlier. Sophie is head and shoulders above the pack and easily the best agent I've engaged in a very challenging GC market.
