I have bought and sold 5 properties in the past, and think of myself as a very well informed and critical consumer of real estate agents. I think Craig is in the superior category. His initial presentation was well thought out and he answered all my questions in a way which gave me confidence in selecting him. In particular our discussion concerning negotiation resulted in me choosing him over 2 other competent agents. From the very outset Craig worked tirelessly to sell my rural property. He was extremely responsive communicating with me even though he had quite a large number of listings. Absolutely nothing was too difficult for him. I felt very comfortable working with him and never sensed that my many questions or requests at times were any trouble. Craig is very polite, and perhaps his greatest personality characteristic is his boundless energy and enthusiasm. He is also very patient. This was important since some of the initial interested parties were very tedious and difficult. I wholeheartedly recommend Craig, and wish him the success which he so richly deserves.
