From the moment I met Josh I felt confident that he had the commitment to follow through.

Josh was completely professional from the beginning and has an effortlessly easy communication style. When I viewed his profile I immediately felt assured he had the character to manage the task at hand. He proved himself to be exactly as described, and more. He has a thorough knowledge of Realty and the Townsville region, and was able to impart his knowledge in regard to the sale of my property. Through the challenges of the shock budget and interest rate rises, Josh never lost heart and ploughed ahead, always keeping a positive, winning attitude. He juggled with the viewers and buyers and deftly narrowed the offer's down to the genuine interested parties, then drove the deal home. His support was unwavering as we advanced through the settlement process, one condition at a time, until we finally reached the goal. More than anything I admire Josh as a person. Extremely happy with all aspects of sale

I had an extremely positive experience with Josh selling my property. His communication was always prompt, clear and he was always available and happy to answer questions and provide guidance. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Lead Conveyancing, thankfully Josh helped bridge the gap of the shortfall that they left. Fantastic Agent Highly Recommend

We just wanted to say how amazing Josh from Coral Sea Properties was in selling our investment property. The house needed some work after some difficult tenants, and Josh went through the property with a fine-tooth comb, identifying everything that needed repairing or updating to get it ready for sale. He organised all the trades including staging and personally checked the work along the way, which was absolutely invaluable for us as we were interstate during the whole process. Thanks to his hard work and attention to detail, we had a signed contract within the first two weeks. We honestly couldn’t recommend Josh highly enough.
