Louise Hamann was a pleasure to work with on the sale of my house. Louise is very knowledgeable about the area and that has helped immensely in the sale. I would definitely like to work with Louise in any other real estate deals in the future.

We recently bought our home at Childers through Louise. We could her to be a great communicator and returned enquiries promptly with the information sought. She was helpful in the negotiation stage and was knowledgable about the area. She shared a couple of sales after our purchase as a comparison for what we had purchased. I would highly recommend her to purchase your next house.

From our first communication with First National (Louise Hamann), we were more than happy with the ease and understanding we recieved in respect to our requirements and needs. Louise, although carrying a nasty cold, was still available and adept in handling our business accordingly. To the very day of finalisation, and after, Louise made us feel relaxed and quite satisfied with her total dedication to our purchase and business at hand. Regards, C & T Archer.

Lou understood the market and was always available for anything I needed. We usually corresponded via email, and I found she would always get back to me the same day. Anything I wasn't sure about she was able to help me with, and also helped direct me to any external suppliers I might need, eg. Lawyers. I would recommend Lou when trying to sell your property.
