My sale was not normal as in the initial contract time was 3 months which was then extended by another 8 weeks, then another 1 week on top. Louise kept me well informed during the process and never lost hope, even when I started to doubt that the sale was actually going to happen. Louise acted professionally from the time that I initially signed up to sell the property right through to completion of of sale. Louise also organised different trades people & handy men to conduct works prior to & throughout the process which was much appreciated as the property was empty & I was residing far away from the property.
