From first meeting, Louise was down to earth and professional. I was drawn to her knowledge of the area and no nonsense approach. She has a very positive outlook and is quick to respond to queries. Personally, I was very thankful for Louise's guidance through the sale of our parent's home.

Working with Louise to purchase our property was a great experience. We had presented Louise with a list of wants and needs in a rural property that would suit our Lifestyle change. Her knowledge and experience in the region was extensive which led her to find us the right property. After choosing the property she was always available to answer questions and kept us up to date with all timings with the settlement and inspections. Louise has a wonderful professional manner that made all facets of the purchase process easy. We highly recommend her to any person wanting to purchase property in her region.

As local agents, Louise & her team knew the local market & the attributes of the property we were selling. They arranged (at their expense) for slashing to be done to allow better access to the property for prospective purchasers. The actual sale & contract price was handled professionally with minimum fuss, which was exactly what we were after. Well done Louise.

Louise found me the perfect property after I had been fruitlessly searching for months. She really went the extra mile. Other local Agents were completely useless. Highly recommended.

My sale was not normal as in the initial contract time was 3 months which was then extended by another 8 weeks, then another 1 week on top. Louise kept me well informed during the process and never lost hope, even when I started to doubt that the sale was actually going to happen. Louise acted professionally from the time that I initially signed up to sell the property right through to completion of of sale. Louise also organised different trades people & handy men to conduct works prior to & throughout the process which was much appreciated as the property was empty & I was residing far away from the property. I am still considering purchasing a property in the same general area & without a doubt, Louise will be my 1st point of call if & when that time comes.
