Cathy was recommended to us by another person we had recently worked with and was straight away able to demonstrate a good undertstanding of the local area. Her approach was respectful and at all times gave us the view that her focus was on acheiving the best outcome for us. There was no doubt Cathy was willing to go the extra mile often meeting with us after hours and assisting with some of her own items to assist us with decorating the house for the open home. We would definitely recommend Cathy to anyone looking to buy / sell in the Bonogin area.

We didn't know Cathy before she was our agent. She impressed us with her professionalism, and her knowledge of the local market as she lives in the area. We met Cathy toward the middle of our renovation before selling and she confirmed that we were on the right track with colours and styling. She encouraged us to finish before Christmas and put the house on the market at exactly the right time for us. Cathy suggested a figure that she thought was realistic for our home and that confirmed our own research into the market. The open homes were wildly successful despite the wet weather, we received seven signed contracts over two weekends. We sold above the price we discussed with Cathy at our first meeting. Cathy has a quiet, comfortable demeanour, instantly able to put you at ease. Cathy has good senses and will help with the final home styling if asked - even lending the odd key piece to 'finish' a room or space. I would happily recommend Cathy to anyone looking to place their home on the market - Cathy will not let you down.

We had a unique property that took a long time to sell. Vince was always positive and professional and worked to the highest standard even after settlement.

Kevin is an honest knowledgeable and highly experienced real estate. Thanks to his negotiation skills and the sense of urgency he fostered amongst our buyers, our home achieved a record price. Kevin's customer service exceeded the sale of our home : he continued to be  available ( propmptly ) to answer questions regarding the purchase of our next home and even offered to come and have a look to provide an opinion ! We chose Kevin because we felt that , as a boutique real estate agent, he could personally look after our property and attend every single inspection. We were not disappointed!
