I asked for Deb's assistance to help sell the property I bought through her as the agent a couple of years ago. Deb has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you get the best price for your property in a hot market, and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her a second time! 100% recommend Deb as a buying and selling agent. Incredible communication and professional in service!

Vince was great to deal with and very responsive and helpful to our needs and requirements. Being first home buyers we where very nervous about buying our first property but Vince made the process a lot easier. I would highly recommend Vince and if we ever decided to sell in the future we would give him a call.

Deb was so helpful in selling our home , she offered us sound advice on what to do and what not to do , so we wouldn't waste money on unnecessary things , she came round to the house and pointed out things we needed to do and she just extremely helpful. Deb works for you but not in a way because it will benefit her , she wants you to benefit from her advice. We were so appreciative of her. She is one of life's genuinely nice people and that's a rarity . Thanks a bunch Deb !!

We have used Vince to sell two of out houses. Both times he has managed to get us a price that was well over what we were asking for. He does this through his experience, his contacts, the presentation of the property through his advertising strategies and his willingness to work hard for his clients. Vince always keeps in touch and we regard him as a friend now and not just our real estate agent. In my honest opinion, there isn't a better agent on the Gold Coast. And the Crasto team have always been so helpful and so friendly during our interactions with them. I cannot recommend Vince and Crasto enough. You will not regret using him to sell your house, I guarantee it.

Vince was very professional from start to finish. We had a challenging settlement with issues at the bank and Vince was communicating the whole time. I would recommend Vince to represent you as he brings passion and experience.
