Vince is one of few agents who will listen to your situation and try to meet your needs. He had good market knowledge in the area we were looking and provided relevant information and history. Vince was very patient with us, not pushy/overbearing and we were very happy with our end result. To top it off, he's a really nice bloke which made him a pleasure to deal with!

Kevin made the whole process as smooth as he possible. He put in a lot of his own personal time and assisted us as much as possible. He really made it as painless as he possibly could, and we are thankful to him and the rest of the Crasto Team.

Kevin made the whole buying process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Even during some of the more testing times he was there as an experienced guide and friend. I would highly recommend him as an agent and he will certainly be the first person I turn to when it comes to buying or selling in the area.

I could not recommend an agent more highly enough. Kevin Crasto went above and beyond my expectations in achieving the result he did. My property was on the market with other agents for two years and nothing eventuated. Yet once Kevin took over the reins he had a dozen inspections in two weeks; a fortnight later the deal was done. A record deal to boot! The team, led by Kevin at Crasto properties have delivered a 5star, hassle free experience for me. I and my family could not be happier!

Kevin has been so knowledgeable in regard to local real estate prices, expectations of buyers and also presented as a genuinely caring man who wanted us to get the best result. Without any hesitation I would recommend Kevin, thank you for helping us achieve the result we were after.

Kevin excelled in understanding our needs, not wasting our time and answering our multiple spurious questions. He helped us negotiate openly with our seller and was transparent in all his dealings with us. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home or land in the QLD SE.

Deb sold us our first home. She was really great throughout the whole process, kept us up to date all the time and was a pleasure to deal with. Deb wasn't the same as other agents we had dealt with who were pushy and arrogant. I'd definitely buy a home from Deb again.
