Hi We recently sold our property through Crasto Realty with Vince Cosentino as our consultant. The experience from initial contact to signing of the contract was exceptional. Vince gave professional advice and conducted the process painlessly. The outcome achieved was much higher than our expectations and achieved in one week from going to market, which we greatly appreciate.

Vince helped us secure an off market purchase. At all times, he was professional, responsive and flexible with his support to find us the perfect home in a competitive market.

This is the second time we have worked with Kevin Crasto and he never disappoints. Kevin's knowledge and dedication to his clients is unparalleled. He is, in my opinion the best realtor in the coast hands down. Anyone looking to buy or sell Kevin is your guy 110% hands down. Will use him again no questions asked. Amazing job and exceeded our expectations. Just a really good person. The best what can I say.

Vince was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase of my dream property. It was a complicated purchase given my strict criteria, as well as living interstate which meant the purchase was site-unseen. Vince did everything possible to help me make an informed decision, cater to my needs and keep me updated. Even post-settlement he has been very helpful in communicating with the vendor and ensuring we have everything we need.

My property is in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Approximately 7.5 acres perched at 1200 ft on the water side of the mountain with 270 deg uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast and ocean. An abundance of of wildlife abounds with lush forest all around. My family have lived here on and off for the past 22 years. It has become a sanctuary and an escape from the madding crowd. At the age of 66 I was no longer able to care for and devote the time to this magnificent property. After careful consideration we had decided to list the property at the end July. Having decided to use a local agent, I vetted some 6 agents. Fortunately I made the right choice in Kevin Crasto, a man that didn't try to BS me or blow smoke up my A. A number of the agents were looking to lowball the property price before they even had the listing, and 2 of them didn"t even bother following up with a second contact. Kevin was a breath of fresh air with his optimistic outlook and approach to real estate. He believes in his clients and works for the seller and not the buyer. We didn't have a listing (although we had a range ) price on the property. We had a few inspections mid week and a weekend open house found several serious buyers appear. Within a week the property was skillfully sold at a RECORD price in the street. Kevin is a man that goes out of his way to support his clients to the point where when I was laid up in bed and needed to pick up some sandstone tiles he offered to pick them up and unload them for me with non recompense. I couldn't recommend him more highly and apart from his negotiating skills, he's a great guy. Thank you Kevin and team for all your help during these difficult times.

Vince is highly experienced when dealing with properties especially in Bonogin. My property was offered as an "Expression of Interest" and Vince gave us an appraisal of what we may get, he was spot on with his assessment. Vince is always communicating with me and is very confident and clear in his instructions and dealings and understands the market very well. I have no hesitation using Vince again if I was selling and highly recommend him to any potential seller.
