Ian's team did a great job helping me with what was a relatively challenging settlement (bank running late, previous tenant not moving out in time, etc) .. they were always friendly, helpful and even providing me with labour to assemble my furniture due to the tight timetable on moving in day .. in every way they bent over backwards to make the transition as smooth as possible.
