Ian is just the sort of real estate agent I like. Having brought and sold a significant number of properties over a lifetime I have meet all types and he is just a straight shooter who knows his job and doesn't give you the BS or runaround. He has accurate local values and shows he is on top of his game and knows his stuff. Having brought 2 properties three years ago and sold 1 just recently through Ian in record time, his keeping you in the loop and advising you of the fluctuating market of recent times has been instrumental in meeting my profit margins. Janice has a good understanding of the local area, especially the type of retirement villages similar to Peninsula Park. It was a difficult situation with changed government policies with retirement village conditions and COVID-19 restrictions. This drastically reduced incentives to find suitable buyers. Once the policies were back-pedalled and COVID-19 restrictions eased, interested buyers were located and offers were made. Janice was extremely helpful and enabled interested buyers to make reasonable offers. The family are truely grateful for her wonderful efforts.
